For cancellations made between 90 and 60 days before the Check-in date, 80% of the total amount of the advance paid will be refunded, or the customer can choose to get 100% of the amount paid as a credit for further reservation, without penalty for cancellation (valid for 1 year, subject to availability), except in the case of reservations with promotional rates.

For cancellations made between 59 and 30 days before the check-in date, 50% of the total amount of the advance paid will be refunded, or the customer can choose to get 80% of the amount paid in advance as a credit for further reservation, (valid for 1 year, subject to availability), except in the case of reservations with promotional rates.

For cancellations made between 29 days or less from the check-in date, there will be no refund of the amount of the advance paid.

For cancellations made during New Year’s Eve and Carnival, there will be no refund of the total amount of the reservation and there will also be no possibility of using the amount paid as a credit for further reservation.

No-Show: total or partial non-attendance of the number of guests will not be refunded and its value will not be changed if there is a residue to be paid at check-in.

In case of early departures, there will be no reduction or refund of amounts.

• In the case of a refunding process, the same will be done within 10 working days after the cancellation request made by e-mail to mayimvilla@gmail.com.
• Bank/credit card transaction fees, if any, will be discounted.
• The deadlines for returns are counted from the cancellations request by e-mail (mayimvilla@gmail.com).
• In case of no-show on the check-in date, the full amount of the accommodation will be charged.

Early check-in: in case of early check-in, an extra charge will be calculated and included on the pay rate, for the guest to enjoy the hotel structure in advance. Early entry does not guarantee accommodation will be available.

Late check-in: the guest will not be entitled to a discount, in case of late Check-in.

Early check-out: the guest will not be entitled to a discount/refund in case of early check-out. The withdrawal of the stay after entering the Hotel Mayim Villa, as well as the early departure, regardless of the reason, will not entitle to any type of refund, cash refund or credit for new daily rates, resulting in the total loss of the amount paid for the accommodation package.

Late check-out: the amount of 1 night will be charged if the check-out is not carried out at the stipulated time limit.
