For cancellations made between 90 and 60 days before the Check-in date, 80% of the total amount of the advance paid will be refunded, or the customer can choose to get 100% of the amount paid as a credit for further reservation, without penalty for cancellation (valid for 1 year, subject to availability), except in the case of reservations with promotional rates.
For cancellations made between 59 and 30 days before the check-in date, 50% of the total amount of the advance paid will be refunded, or the customer can choose to get 80% of the amount paid in advance as a credit for further reservation, (valid for 1 year, subject to availability), except in the case of reservations with promotional rates.
For cancellations made between 29 days or less from the check-in date, there will be no refund of the amount of the advance paid.
For cancellations made during New Year’s Eve and Carnival, there will be no refund of the total amount of the reservation and there will also be no possibility of using the amount paid as a credit for further reservation.
No-Show: total or partial non-attendance of the number of guests will not be refunded and its value will not be changed if there is a residue to be paid at check-in.
In case of early departures, there will be no reduction or refund of amounts.
